I am an Adequate Mom.

More often than not, I will do my best.

I will mess up and know it isn’t the end of the world.

I will never be as good as my Pinterest board, and I am okay with that.

My kids come first, after me, my partner, and the dog.

I will not feel guilty for needing space.

I will not feel guilty for ordering out.

I will not feel guilty for turning on the television.

I will not feel like I am not doing a decent job.

My kid is great, and life is pretty good, too.
